I ordered these bulbs from The Retrofit Source and the color temp was right where I wanted it. Bulbs are always a gamble because half the time they look way bluer than advertised, but these matched my fogs so much better than the random ones I had before. No weird blue tint, just a nice clean white. Happy with them overall

I had a feeling The Retrofit Source was the safer bet for my headlight retrofit, and this pretty much confirmed it for me. I was still a little nervous about ordering the wrong parts, but the brackets, bulbs, and ballast plugs all matched up with my setup the way they were supposed to.
I did spend some time double-checking before I bought anything, but their compatibility info made it way easier and kind of backed up what I already thought going in. Saved me from guessing, ordering random stuff, and dealing with returns. I’d order from them again.

"Still holding up better than I expected"
I got my lights from theretrofitsource.com a while back, and they’ve held up really well. I’ve had other lights in the past start to feel cheap or act up after some rain or rough roads, but these haven’t given me any issues. They’ve been through heat, bad weather, and plenty of bumpy driving with no flicker or loose-feeling parts. Compared to some of the cheaper setups I’ve tried before, these definitely feel more solid. Happy with them so far.

The site itself is easy enough to use, but the parts I actually needed were out of stock, which was frustrating. I got one of those canned apology messages too, which just made it more annoying. I’d rather get a real update on when things will be available again.

The parts seem like good quality, and they literally have a ton to choose from. That said, the prices felt a bit high once shipping was added. It’s still not a bad value if you need the exact item, but I do wish it was a little cheaper

"Good ballasts without spending too much"
One of my ballasts started acting up, so I ordered a set from theretrofitsource.com. I didn’t want to spend a ton if I didn’t have to, but I also didn’t want something cheap that would fail right away.

The install was straightforward, and both lights came on immediately. No flickering, no weird warm-up delay, and they’ve been steady every night so far, which is really all I was hoping for.

Shipping was fine, and for the price, I’m happy with them. They did exactly what I needed without making me feel like I overpaid.

I ordered from theretrofitsource.com and the parts did arrive in good shape, but the shipping was slower than I thought it would be. The tracking barely updated for a few days, and when I tried to get a better idea of what was going on, I kind of felt brushed off instead of actually helped. "Beam pattern just feels right"
I got my lights from theretrofitsource.com, my first gut reaction after turning them on was that the beam pattern looked way cleaner than what I had before. The cutoff is nice and sharp, and the light isn’t scattered all over the road.
The install took me a little while, but once I got them aimed properly, they just looked right to me. No weird dark spots, and I don’t feel like I’m blinding everyone coming the other way...
